It has a gorgeous summer terrace and an aromatic rose garden. The menu changes regularly. Specialities of the house are typically Ottoman dishes such as Hünkar Begendi (tender braised lamb piled upon a delicious aubergine purée base), fruity meat casseroles, and divine traditional milk-based puddings.
