This mellow restaurant offers excellent seafood dishes with a view of the Bosphorus from the Asian side. The Angel is a classy place, patronised by Üsküdar’s well-heeled locals and tourists who have spent the day sightseeing. The chef prides himself on his exquisite fresh lobster dishes and superb baked fish. Formal-looking waiters dressed in black and white glide around the room doing such a good job that guests are left with a feeling of having been thoroughly spoiled.
