This is a tiny little café on a tiny little street with tiny little tables. "Intimate" is the most appropriate word to describe Café Frappé. You’ll instantly feel at home the moment you walk in the door. It always has a great atmosphere, especially when the room fills up with high school kids sneaking cigarettes and sipping icy cold frappé after a hard day of hitting the books. It offers a mixed menu of both Turkish and continental food and good strong filter coffee, delivered to the table in a glass beaker. There is a gay-friendly scene at night.
