The food is mainly cooked by the owner’s mother and includes 20 different kinds of mezze, 15 kinds of hot salad, and oriental-style meat cooked on outdoor charcoals. All of this is complimented with sweet deep-fried doughballs, and there are the usual Middle Eastern desserts like baklawa (sweet Lebanese pastry). Here you will find a myriad of diners from American journalists to sheikhs from neighboring Jordan.
