Located at Kampung Pasir, Sri Maha Mariamman Temple was built in 1890 by the residents of the area. Occupying 2,400 square feet of land, the temple boasts a 30-foot-high Raja Kopuram, a structure with intricate ornaments and decorations on top of the temple which is a sight to behold. Besides the main hall of worship, the temple also has quarters for the priest, musicians and other workers.
