Despite the luxurious atmosphere, it is not at all intimidating. Each dish is superbly crafted, inventively prepared and creatively presented. The glazed sea-bass, slow-cooked salmon and oxtail soup with shark's fin is simply sensational. The desserts are as excellent as the rest of the items on the menu. Sample the wine or try a selection of beers.
