The place is decorated with old-fashioned wooden dining room sets, beautifully carved furniture and other Malay paraphernalia and its walls are lined with local paintings. A buffet dinner of authentic Malay cuisine comes with various cultural presentations such as wayang kulit (shadow puppet show) and a poetry recital on Friday nights. The high-tea buffet on Saturdays, featuring performances by local musicians, appeals to the younger crowd. Breakfast and lunch are also available. There is your usual smattering of soft drinks and juices to go with your meal.
