Website | EmailFounded in 1950, this is one of Nevada's oldest museums. In 1997, the facility moved to the Sahara West Library Fine Arts building. It hosts several exhibitions in its spacious environs that cover 30,000 square feet. Many art forms are highlighted; however, the heavy emphasis is on contemporary art. The museum has an exceptional permanent collection and maintains Smithsonian standards.
