WebsiteStar Trek enthusiasts will go galactic over Quarks Bar & Restaurant, located in the Las Vegas Hilton. Regular earthlings will also enjoy, although the food and atmosphere is tailored to Trekkies, with seating under a star-field with life-sized spaceships. The menu offers a wide variety of food and drinks, including salads, burgers, and seafood, all with a Star Trek twist. Choose from Pre-launch appetizers such as Fried Pipius Claws (known on earth as boneless chicken wings) and desserts such as Cardassian Creme Brulee. The restaurant seats 200, and is part of Star Trek: The Experience. Eat here on your way to a launch, or just stop by to have a Plasma Disruption at the bar (it's a drink).
