Website | EmailThe Peruvian horse is known throughout the world as the best saddle horse for its gentleness and elegant movement, and has become an ambassador/mascot for the country. Around 300 entrants participate in the traditional contest in December, and everyone has the opportunity to appreciate the best horses within a relaxed Creole and Peruvian festival atmosphere. This activity is the second in importance in terms of the quality and quantity of the animals presented. Every year several special awards are contested, the most prestigious being the "Champion of Champions".
