Miraflores restaurant is a place to see and be seen. Open for lunch only, Gaston Acurio styled it after the simple Chorrillos cevicheria Sonia, but with a bit more flash. A number of different Seafood dishes make up most of the menu. Traditional dishes such as Ceviches, Tiraditos, Arroz con Mariscos can all be found, as well as many plates fused with Asian and Italian cuisine such as Tempuras, Sushi, and Pastas. The bar’s long list of original Pisco based cocktails is quite exciting and many locals come just for the drinks. -Nicholas Gill
