EmailThe breakfast and lunch in Lima has really put this city on the map. Cafe Suisse, located on a famous corner of the city in a four story building, has stressed this opinion, with a vista overlooking the pond at the ovalo of Miraflores and traditional Peruvian coffee. The terrace at the border of the path and the elegant restaurant with wood tables and chairs dressed with a green and white tablecloth and decorated in Swiss style, and it has became the traditional symbol of the city. You'll find gourmet food such as El rotolo (a pasta similar to the cannelloni, wrapped in tomato sauce with espinacas and augratin with cheese). Offering different dishes each day, they also have many kinds of homemade desserts, pastries, cakes, and breads. The waitresses dress like they are right out of the Swiss countryside. -Jorge Averalo
