República da Cerveja is one of the most vibrant restaurants at Parque das Nações. It has a superb view and a wide open dining room, which is perfect for accommodating large groups. Apart from its large selection of beers, the menu is quite diverse. It presents not only an abundant selection of internationally inspired dishes, like the Baked Pork Chops and Beef Steak served with a variety of sauces, but also some Portuguese specialties such as the Bacalhau Assado, a superb and unique variety of grilled codfish. -Mario Borges
