Highlights since the festival's debut in 1990 have included such wonderfully well-known and successful films as Wim Wender's superb documentary "Buena Vista Social Club", Guilherme de Almeida Prado's film noir "The Magic Hour", "Like Water for Chocolate", and "Salsa".
