WebsiteThis pretty church, built in the 18th century, is renowned for its fine acoustics, making it an excellent venue during the annual International Music Festival. The building has a unique look with identical black towers that stand like small candles on the roof. Though the Seminary is not open to the public one can see the beautiful church from within as well. Over the years the church has been the subject of many fine oil paintings, some of which can be found in the markets around the Largo do Senado.
