To get here, take the road that runs off Largo do Senado next to MacDonald's. Bolo de Arroz is a small cafe along this street, a basic dining venue but one that is full of culinary surprises. The cappuccinos come highly recommended; the breads, cakes and sandwiches are well-made bakery delights. The tight-fisted will appreciate the prices.
