Even if the weather is hot and humid and cattle are dropping dead in the streets from dehydration, you will still think that this arctic Blue bar looks more than a little chilly. The décor is blue with blue edges and a big blue bit on the walls surrounded by a blue border and some patches of blue in the corner. Oh, and there is a strange glass bar in middle of the room. Be warned—do not order a cocktail containing blue curacao because you will never find it again. Anything else should be fine.
