Website | EmailSmall stalls selling all sorts fill the small streets behind the Largo Do Senado. Particularly plentiful are the stalls selling women's clothing, but there is also a good selection of kid's clothing, as well as shoes, bags and women's underwear. Shops fronting onto the market streets sell an equally disparate selection of goods including souvenir T-shirts, household linens and dried shark's fins. At the center of it all is the municipal market, where foodstuffs such as fresh meat, vegetables and fruits are sold. One final note—watch out for mad moped drivers careering through the market!
