Such has been its success that the owners have now opened a restaurant next door called Sarasota, another Manto Bar in the Trafford Centre and have even transferred the concept to London's Soho. The formula is simple - a spacious bar area, with funky, minimalist electric blue and lemon decor on two levels. Plenty of balcony and street tables, good quality bar snacks and beers, friendly staff and loud, pumping pop and house music.
