The new Enterprise Center dominates the Makati skyline, not because it is the tallest building, but because it rises majestically like a symbol of corporate Manila in the new millennium. Resting atop a five-level podium that houses banks, restaurants, shops and the grand lobby, the two towers of varying heights strike the viewer with their admirable symmetry. The interior halls are no less impressive, and it seems only fitting that the local offices of Microsoft, leader of the computer age, are headquartered here.
