To date there are some 310 companies listed on the exchange, including a blue-chip sector headed by such giants as San Miguel Corporation. The Phisix Index is Manila's equivalent of New York's Dow Jones Index. Visitors may watch the proceedings on the trading floor from a public gallery. Just show some form of identification at the door, your passport will do.
