Found in its original location opposite the Cultural Center of the Philippines (with a newer branch in Ayala Center), Furusato Japanese Restaurant is frequented by business executives, tourists and politicians, whose animated discussions punctuate the otherwise quiet atmosphere. Beige hues set the tone of the minimalist décor, with the show kitchen as focal point. Japanese chefs and imported ingredients ensure authentic menu selections. Top sellers are Kobe Beef Sankai set and Kaiseki Ryori, but the menu also features less expensive items. It is a fully licensed bar and can seat a maximum of 150 people.
