Bistro Remedios specializes in regional Filipino cooking and serves such exotic delicacies as betute (fried farm frogs stuffed with pork and spices). But for the less adventurous, the menu also features popular mainstream dishes like sugpo sa aligue (prawns cooked in lemon-scented crab fat).
