Apart from the food, the best thing about this place is its owner, Toni Dalli, a superb baritone who sings Italian opera arias to you as you eat. It's quite an experience. Try the cream of pumpkin soup and the platter of mixed salmon, cheeses and Beluga caviar or delicious prosciutto ham au jus. There's an excellent selection of Italian wines to choose from as well varieties from Rioja and Ribera del Duero. You'll always hear live music from the harp or piano when Dalli isn't singing. It's a place for special occasions, a treat for the ear as much as for the taste buds.
