The chefs at this restaurant believe they serve a very Spanish menu, and they are right. They are experts in Castilian cuisine, offering mainly meat dishes, such as roast lamb and suckling pig. Their stew and lamb hock in a sauce are not to be missed. You must try the seasonal vegetable soup, too. If you like fish, try the Club Ranero cod, a real surprise for demanding palates. There are very good wines and tarta de yema (egg yolk cake) for dessert, and good coffee. The restaurant has a regular clientele, because once people have tried it they return again and again. The restaurant has its own supervised car park.
