It sits on the north end of South Kihei Road, about five minutes' driving distance from the main drag. It has a decent restaurant onsite, and is just behind the Ali'i Fishpond, a naturally formed pond that is good for swimming. Units are unremarkable. Featuring standard amenities and mass-produced furnishing, the units offer the same level of comfort found in any upscale apartment complex. Prices are very reasonable by Maui standards.
