Over three days of non-stop action, the Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix comprises three race categories: 125cc, 250cc and the blue-ribbon 500cc. It is part of the FIM (Federation Internationale Motocycliste) Road Racing World Championship, the oldest motor-sports series in the world.
