EmailThis multi-award winning wool museum is housed in an historic 1872 bluestone wool store. The Museum is an intriguing and educational glimpse into the lives of the people involved in this textile industry over the last 180 years in Australia. Our rich wool heritage is illustrated through the stories of the pioneering pastoralists, workers and unions in the wool industry. Permanent exhibitions The Wool Harvest and From Fleece to Fabric are complemented by entertaining and informative talks, workshops, films and holiday activities. The Temporary Exhibition Gallery hosts national and international exhibitions. Facilities include a café, restaurant, bar and souvenir shop.
