It is impressive to see that the staff are briefed well on all the Hong Kong style dishes and quality wines represented. White tablecloths and crockery are accompanied by coral coloured serviettes. The large front windows allow light from the street corner lanterns to add a pleasant glow to the interior. On the menu regular sautéed beef, pork, chicken and vegetable options are listed amongst the sautéed lobster and Mongolian lamb. There are also fast food favorites such as sesame prawn toast and vegetable tempura. Various banquets (AUD20 to AUD33 per person) are also available.
