This little no-frills eatery is popular with the local Sri Lankan immigrant community due to its cheap, authentic cuisine. Sit and wait at one of the Formica tables and listen to the Tamil pop music blasting out of the kitchen, as the chefs prepare a range of delicious curries, seafood dishes and fresh roti, pitu and tosai. Like Southern Indian food, with which it obviously has much in common, Sri Lankan food uses ingredients like coconut milk, rice, fresh fish and lots of spices.
