Jakarta has a firm following for its authentic cuisine. Seating 200, it fills the niche for traditional, quality cuisine. Around AUD2 million were spent in creating this dining environment. Carved wooden statues, mock cobbled flooring, colourful umbrellas and an indoor pond, complete with fish, set the mood. Saturdays feature a show by Balinese dancers. Service is efficient and friendly. From the fine à la carte menu the Beef Rendang is highly recommended, as are the seafood dishes. Fully licensed. Bring your own wine only.
