It is amazing how this tiny café keeps turning out such consistently good quality fare.The pumpkin-coloured walls and friendly, relaxed atmosphere more than compensate for the rather cramped surrounds. Choose from the ready-to-go hot bar or order from the wall menu, where each item is identified as "vegan", "ovo" or "lacto" type vegetarian.Most dishes have an Indian, Malaysian or Thai influence, such as green curry and mee goreng. Samosas, spring rolls, pakoras and tandoori naan (AUD1-AUD2) lie in wait in the hot bar. Daily specials can include pumpkin masala, tofu sambal and stir fried chilli vegetables (all AUD6.50).
