Almost camouflaged in a suburban shopping strip, this delightful restaurant specialises in French cuisine with a provincial influence. The cosy dining room is decorated with prints, ceramics and flowers. The lighting is a little bright for romance, yet crisp white tablecloths and fine cutlery and glassware create an elegant atmosphere. A collared shirt is required. The menu is concise and portions are perfect with fine attention to detail. Confit of duckling with sauteed potatoes and a mesclun salad with a tart orange vinaigrette is the house speciality.
