Fairly new to St Kilda's restaurant scene, Cafe Tien is gaining quite a reputation with its fusion of traditional cuisine and a stylish, modern ambience. Relaxed, bright and open, it is ideal for groups or an intimate dinner for two. The comprehensive menu reflects the diversity of Vietnamese cuisine. Entrees include rice paper rolls, sugar cane prawns and pan dan chicken, plus soups such as sour prawn, wonton or tofu. There are at least 10 dishes listed under beef, chicken, vegetarian heaven, seafood, curry, noodles and rice. Serves are generous and delicious. Fully licensed and "bring your own" (wine only).
