The Mexican Wave may literally be a metaphor for the menu selection rather than a reference to the gesture. Most dishes are generic European-based foods with only a touch of Mexican. Menu items include burritos, nachos and enchiladas as well as a few Tex-Mex combinations such as Tijuana t-bone, chili chicken Caesar salad, Mexican lasagna and the burger and fries "Mexican style". A large variety of seafood is also featured, including calamari rings and oysters. The seafood platter (AUD19) is popular.
