For more than 60 years, the original proprietor's son and grandson continue Jimmy Watson's legendary status. The stunning building, designed by Robin Boyd, features soaring ceilings, whitewashed walls and terracotta tiles. Traditionally frequented by Melbourne University types and Carlton locals, Jimmy Watson's now draws regulars from all over.
