New Gold Mountain, is the work of four individuals with previous experience of having worked in bars and pubs in Melbourne and London. Australian architect Cassandra Fahey has designed this bar, and the theme revolves around Shanghai. On the ground floor there are two fireplaces decorated with Chinese zodiac signs, while upstairs everything is in pink fabric. The red and yellow lights on the ceiling gives the bar an exotic feel. Small stools, tables and sofas is what you will find when you walk in here. If you're looking or a bit of privacy then upstairs is where you want to be. Live DJs are available on both floors, giving you the latest stuff.
