In the heart of Melbourne's Little Italy, you will find this Carlton institution. Established as a coffee roasting shop by a homesick migrant from Verona, Italy in 1962, it grew to become a coffee shop and retailer of imported coffee beans from around the world. Hessian sacks are rolled back to reveal traditional full-flavoured coffee beans from Brazil, Colombia and New Guinea. It also stocks imported chocolates, herbal teas, coffee pots and tea and coffee accessories. Grinders Coffee House tempts the nose and tantalises the palate.
