The children's toy market has been taken over by multinationals and multiplexes. That is why it is so refreshing to find a neighborhood toy store like Bright As A Button. Bright As A Button is personal with a capital "P". A try-before-you-buy atmosphere encourages children to play before the parents pay. Staff is always on hand for a friendly chat and there are often free lolly bags handed out while you are shopping. As is the case with many smaller stores, Bright As A Button is a little more expensive--but worth it.
