Although Mexico City is not the best place to eat seafood due to its distance from the coast, there are some restaurants that can be recommended for the freshness of their ingredients and the great flavor they give to their dishes. Pardinos, at the southern end of the city, is one of these. Specializing in Vera Cruzan seafood specialties, they offer sophisticated fare for the discerning diner. Excellent service and presentation and a pleasant, albeit austere, decor is what you'll find here.
