The menu features Grouper Fingers, Barbecued Bahamian-style Spare Ribs, Fried Chicken and Peas and Rice. Conch comes five ways: cracked, steamed, chowdered, chopped or frittered. The house's special drinks are the Banana Daiquiri and the "TR" Coffee. The restaurant is under the same management as Seagrapes, a charming local boutique. Indeed, a Seagrapes store is adjacent to the Traveller's Rest. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. Al fresco diners can enjoy the sight and sound of the Caribbean Ocean.
