WebsiteEach December, the best chefs and bartenders from Nevis and St. Kitts compete for the Chef and Bartender of the Year Award. The competition lasts for three days ending with the Awards Banquet. This competition is designed for all involved in the food industry. Guests of the islands are encouraged to enjoy the displays from the various restaurants and participate in the numerous cooking demonstrations. Events held at the Old Manor Estate Hotel, Coconut Grove Restaurant and the Nisbet Plantation Beach Club.
