Cades Bay Beach is a great place for swimming, walking and even bird watching since many egrets nest nearby. This beach is a favorite with families because of its convenient restaurants/beach bars and available activities. On Sundays, a popular spot is Tequila Sheila's, the restaurant of the Inn at Cades Bay, which serves a cool jazz brunch for most of the year. Another great place nearby is Mingles, which has monthly jazz performances.
