Website | EmailFormerly the Abigail Adams Smith Museum, this is a wonderful example of late 18th century New York City architecture. Built in 1799, the building began as a private residence. The Colonial Dames came into possession of the building in 1924 and restored the interior to its original Federal style. The public can now admire the 19th century furniture and decorations.
