The name is French, the interiors Japanese, the wine list international and the cooking Franco-Spanish, thus making this wood-n-stone joint a favorite with one and all. A 16-seat bar dominates the scene, and the venue fills up quickly. Folks come here hankering after the much-raved-about crispy croquetas—golden-brown and overflowing with potato puree, apple and serrano chile. Almost every dish is given an eclectic twist. Polish it all off with a few grilled strawberries with ginger and eucalyptus oils, that leave a refreshing and unique aftertaste. A reasonable tasting menu allows first-timers to decide on their favorites, but those with a voracious appetite might not be sated, so watch out!
