Red Bench is so dark that it is difficult to describe the interiors, except to say that there are candles, benches, small tables and of course,a padded red bench.The mostly youngish crowd is an eclectic group of sophisticated down towners, along with people who want to be like them; they all come here to drink and commiserate. Given the darkness, it also has a very romantic feel.However,the music can get pretty loud at night.
