Located on Second Ave, the alarm bells ring often at The Hook and Ladder, but these are not for fires; more likely they are cheers of people getting sloppy drunk and celebrating some type of victory. Hook and Ladder is the place to play games and get tanked cheap. Beer pong, pool and other entertainment is available downstairs in the back garden. Taking a sip for every fire department patch on the wall could be a game, but then the paramedics may be more useful.
