Start with the Caprese Salad with fresh mozzarella and tomatoes. Then, move on to an entrée like sautéed chicken breast with shiitake mushrooms, or Fegato alla Venezia (sautéed calves liver with onions and polenta). The pasta tossed with shellfish is fabulous.
