Website | EmailThis is the Tucher dynasty's former summer residence. The little castle dates from the 16th century and is surrounded by picturesque grounds. Although the building was worse for wear after the Second World War, it has been lovingly restored. The interior hints at the privileged lifestyle its former owners enjoyed and the exhibition pieces include lovely carpets, furniture from Italy and France and numerous oil paintings by Lenbach. The early-Renaissance style architecture of the Tucherschlößchen was much-admired by wealthy patrician families in Nuremberg.
