The menu will take you a good while to plough through, with an enormous choice of oysters, prawns, trout, salmon and of course carp - the Franconian favorite. Carnivores are well catered for with a selection of tasty meat options like schnitzel. The Franconian fish platter with trout, carp and perch in chive and horseradish sauce is highly recommended.
